Sales Training Tip #197: Referrals Go Both Ways

Go out of your way to refer some of your best customers to people you know. Better yet, get in the habit of making at least one referral each week. Your customers will appreciate the support!

I can't believe how many people miss the "referral opportunity". If you give me the name of a good recruiter and I have a great experience....won't I want to help you out in the future? Same with a referral to a great restaurant, a great sales trainer, or any other service or product where you can share a positive experience with another?
